So that we can continue to provide disabled people with the opportunity to ride or have equine based therapy, we need your help. You can help us by volunteering, or with any financial assistance that you feel able to give us.

All RDA groups rely on volunteers – a single riding session for five disabled children can routinely need ten volunteer leaders and side-helpers, plus one volunteer instructor. A mounting team, to assist adult riders, is made up of three specially trained helpers and physiotherapists. And, with tack, harness, field shelters, fences, loose-boxes, feed bins, water troughs, riding arenas and horse-boxes to maintain, along with general administration and fund-raising to be organised, every group welcomes volunteers with a variety of skills.

If you don’t live locally to our South Bucks Group (we’re just north of Slough and south of Gerrards Cross), then your own local RDA group will be really glad of any help you can offer them. You can contact them through the National RDA web site , which includes contact details for all groups and details of how far they are located from your postcode.

Corporate Volunteering and Team Building

Are you looking for a way to develop your team and help others at the same time. We can give you that opportunity. We are always in need of support to keep the Centre maintained, the grounds cleared and looking tidy. Please contact Gina Bailey our administrator if you would like to bring a group to us for some active team building.

Financial Support

We receive no government nor Lottery funding, and we rely on donations and the commitment of volunteers to continue to offer life-changing opportunities. Please help us if you can. You can make a one-off donation, or set up regular giving.  We use CAF Bank.

If you are a tax payer, donations can be enhanced by completing a gift aid form. You can access a copy of the Gift Aid form 2019 here. Please post or email the completed form to Gina Bailey the administrator.

We are very grateful to those who have sponsored various projects such as:

The construction of the Centre.

The rebuild of our outside arena.

Our horse transport.

Show attendance for riders.
